In March I have work in a couple of exhibitions, the Botanic/Organic national juried competition in Chicago and the 10th Annual 4×4 Miniature Masterpieces exhibition and auction in Johnson City, TN. Both exhibitions opened March 2nd.
Botanic/Organic features works by 52 artists selected by juror, Elizabeth Whiting. Two of my works were chosen for the exhibition, you can view my works (including the one seen below) and many others in the simultaneous online exhibition at the Union Street Gallery’s website.

The 10th Annual 4×4 Miniature Masterpieces exhibition is an invitational local fundraising event held by the Johnson City Area Arts Council (JCAAC) to fund its programming and exhibitions. I have two works on display which will be available for the event, one of which is the first photograph I’ve shown in a while and the other, Burning Alone In Blue, is the very first digital painting I’ve ever displayed.

Love the heron photo and your other artwork in this post! Enjoying your blog. Congrats on your new job – my husband and I moved to Atlanta area two years ago when he started teaching at GPC. Good luck with your relocation 🙂
Thank you. I am certainly looking forward to the new job and new opportunities. 🙂
